Opening an account and/or the placement of a bet signifies your acceptance of our terms of business. In order to satisfy licensing requirements as a Request a Bet service (RAB), an email will also be sent when bets are accepted or declined. Bets requested, accepted or declined will also show under ‘My Bets’ within your account. Please note that emails sent between a customer and BetAnsells for bet requests are directly via our bet placement system and conversational emails are monitored only sporadically.
